Mike Wills
With over 20 years consulting experience, Mike brings a wide range of skills, experience and contacts to Chartwell’s engagements. In addition to his work in Canada, he has consulted to a range of clients, including commercial and Central Banks, in Ghana, Ethiopia, Uganda, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan as well as in India, the Philippines, Indonesia and the Caribbean. He has served on the Board of numerous Canadian charities including Big Brothers, House of Compassion, the Learning Disabled Association of Ontario, UNICEF Canada, Opportunity International Canada and Access Community Capital Fund (a Toronto-based microcredit organization which he chaired).

Janet Dalicandro
Janet’s company, Enrichment Enterprises Inc., is a strategic consulting practice with a mission to help not-for-profit, government, education and corporate executives, leadership teams and Boards “Come to Clarity” on key business issues. We serve clients locally, nationally and internationally in a wide range of sectors and industries to support them with strategic priorities, organizational structure and board governance.
Janet has been helping companies and organizations clarify complex business issues for over 30 years. She is a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), a certified Executive Coach (ACC) and has attained her ICD.D (Directorship and Board governance) from the Institute of Corporate Directors/Rotman School of Business.

Dr Alan Brisco
For over thirty years Alan has provided consultation and expert guidance to address issues in human performance, organizational development, and change process within corporations and government departments. He was responsible for identifying issues, gathering internal and external resources, and guiding projects that ranged from short, simple projects to complex, multi-faceted, turnkey initiatives completed over many months; often requiring expertise from third-party subject matter specialists.
Alan’s clients have included companies in banking and financial services, and in the petrochemical, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, technology, and travel sectors. He worked internationally with corporations such as Air Canada, AT&T, Bank of Bermuda, Bell, Beneficial Group, Ciba-Geigy, Danone Group, DuPont, Holiday Inns, IBM, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Ortho, Ralston-Purina, Rand Worldwide, RBC, Shell, Xerox and others. Alan developed a number of innovations for developing and sustaining performance improvement while demonstrating value for people. He has also been a speaker for a variety of industry and association conferences and is an experienced facilitator using the Appreciative Inquiry process.
Anna Dunets Wills
Anna is a municipal engineer with over 20 years of project experience in southern Canada, the High Arctic, Africa, Latin America and Eastern Europe. Her particular specialty is in the planning and design of community based municipal infrastructure, including water, sanitation, road and drainage systems. In her work with private sector natural resource companies in Africa and Eastern Europe, Anna has been involved in the design of appropriate and sustainable infrastructure service levels for project-impacted communities and of the management strategies for such public-private systems. Anna received a B Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Toronto (1976) and a Masters in Engineering (1989) from the University of Alberta.
